Dr. George Chrysostomou, Chief Executive Officer of Fly Modello, brings together commercial airline operations, General Aviation, aviation training and business development. A Boeing 737 pilot and flight instructor, he combines first-hand operational experience with leadership in aviation management, safety and regulatory compliance.
Leading Fly Modello since November 2021, he draws on experience as Accountable Manager (AM), Safety & Compliance Manager and Head of Training. His approach connects executive accountability with the operational discipline, safety oversight and training standards required to build and manage an aviation organisation.
His project background includes the establishment and approval of aviation training organisations, together with airline start-up, certification and restart projects across Europe. This work spans air operator certificate preparation, operational manuals, compliance audits, safety management systems, flight data monitoring and operational approvals.
He holds a Doctorate of Advanced Studies in Aviation Management. His experience across airlines and General Aviation gives Fly Modello a practical perspective on the decisions that take an aviation business from initial concept through regulatory preparation and into operation.
